1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed only on working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays and festival holidays.
  • During peak seasons, festive periods, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across most serviceable PIN codes in India through trusted third-party logistics and courier partners.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain remote or non-serviceable locations.
  • For bulk, wholesale, or international shipping inquiries, customers may contact our support team directly.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, festivals or public holidays, natural calamities, courier operational delays, and government restrictions.

SwadMart shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, product weight/volume, packaging requirements, and applicable courier rates.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
  • Free shipping offers, if applicable, shall be subject to minimum order value and promotional terms.

5. Food Product Packaging & Handling

As we deal in food products including masalas, snacks, dry fruits, namkeen, fasting products, and packaged consumables, we follow commercially reasonable packaging and hygiene standards.

  • Check package condition at the time of delivery.
  • Store products as per storage instructions.
  • Consume products before expiry date mentioned on packaging.

Minor variations in texture, color, aroma, or taste may naturally occur due to batch preparation, raw materials, climate, and storage conditions.

6. Perishable & Consumable Goods

Certain food and consumable items may be categorized as non-returnable or non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons unless:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Product expired before delivery
  • Package tampered before delivery

Customers must report such issues within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with Order ID, photos/videos of package and product, and a description of issue.

Claims without sufficient proof may not be eligible for resolution.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong mobile number, customer unavailable, or repeated delivery refusal, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Refunds may be adjusted against logistics and handling charges.

8. Tracking Orders

Customers can track shipped orders through tracking links shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp, courier partner website, or customer support assistance.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

  • Do not accept delivery if visibly tampered.
  • Record video/photos immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours.

After verification, we may replace the product, issue partial/full refund, provide store credit, or re-dispatch the order.

Resolution timelines may vary depending on investigation with courier partners.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected PIN codes and order values.

We reserve the right to:

  • Restrict COD on certain products or locations.
  • Charge additional COD handling fees.
  • Require prepaid orders for high-risk transactions.

11. Force Majeure

SwadMart shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemic situations, government actions, transportation failures, and internet or system outages.
