Due to the nature of food, masala, snacks, dry fruits, namkeen, fasting products, and other consumable goods, we maintain a strict No Return Policy, subject to limited exceptions mentioned below.

1. No Return Policy

For hygiene, food safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns once products are delivered.

This applies to:

  • Masalas & spices
  • Snacks & namkeen
  • Dry fruits
  • Fasting products
  • Opened or used food items
  • Perishable or consumable goods

Products once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except under eligible damage or quality-related cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Cases for Support

Customers may contact our support team if:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Package is tampered before delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received is expired
  • Item missing from package

Such issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

3. Mandatory Proof for Claims

To process any complaint, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos of product and packaging
  • Clear image of shipping label
  • Description of issue

Claims without proper evidence may not be eligible for resolution.

4. Resolution Process

After verification of the issue, SwadMart may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected product
  • Issue partial/full refund
  • Provide store credit
  • Re-dispatch missing items

Resolution timelines may vary depending on investigation and courier partner response.

5. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or replacements shall not be provided in cases including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference issues
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failure to store products properly after delivery
  • Claims raised after the allowed reporting period

Natural variations in color, texture, aroma, or spice intensity may occur due to batch preparation and agricultural sourcing and shall not be treated as defects.

6. Refund Timelines

If a refund is approved:

  • UPI/Wallet refunds: 2–5 business days
  • Bank/Card refunds: 5–10 business days

Refund timelines may vary depending on banking partners and payment gateways.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders once packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests placed before dispatch may be approved at our discretion.

Applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted where necessary.
